Questionmark Secure Complements the Authoring and Security Enhancements of Questionmark Perception Version 4

STAMFORD, CT – September 27, 2005 – Assessment software provider Questionmark today announced that Questionmark Secure, which enables secure delivery of medium- and high-stakes tests, is available for use with version 4 of the Questionmark™ Perception™ assessment management system.

Questionmark Secure helps prevent cheating on high-stakes exams delivered online by preventing participants from copying or printing exam material, ‘accidentally’ exiting a test, or gaining access to materials on their computers or the Internet that could give an unfair advantage. When a participant takes an online assessment using Questionmark Secure, the secure browser displays the HTML content of the assessment but disables key functions such as task-switching, right click options, screen captures, menus and printing.

Assessment authors and administrators who rely on Questionmark Secure can now benefit from broad range of new features offered Questionmark Perception Version 4 that it make it easier to organize, store, secure and publish assessment content. New features include role-based security for multiple author environments, drag-and-drop publishing and workflow management.
