Title: Practical Tips for Sustainable Large scale e-Assessment
Synopsis: The University of Bradford currently delivers approximately 60,000 assessments per academic year with Questionmark Perception, four times as many asfour years ago. In this case study, John Dermo from the university’s Centre for Educational Development will give advice to other institutions seeking to expand their use of e-assessment and will consider issues and challenges in sustainable development of e-assessment.
The case study will focus on practical tips on a range of subjects, including:
- developing a formal policy and procedures for e-assessment
- building staff and student confidence
- the importance of communication
- engaging with course teams
