Title:

Play the Game Digital Assessments: is your Organisation ready?

Synopsis:

What strategy makes an implementation of a digital assessment management system a succes? Play this game and find out! You will gain insight in the factors important in an implementation. The Road of Trials will show you which situations you have to cope with. Choose your strategy from different point of vues, define your own success and fail factors. For advisors, policymakers, managers but also supporting staff the game is a fun way to get an introduction in the aspects of an implementation. Those more experienced will get new insights in successful aspects in their own organisation. In a follow up session we will discuss these factors.

The game has been developed at the HAN University by the ICT in Education team, who has a lot of experience in E-learning systems in different organisational cultures. This game helps organisations by defining an implementation strategy, which increases the chance of a succesful implementation.
